1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 qt. popped popcorn
3/4 c. peanuts

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix honey and butter in a saucepan. Heat over low heat until blended. Stir occasionally. Mix nuts and popcorn in a large bowl. Slowly pour honey-butter over popcorn, stirring as you pour. Mix well so all is covered. Spread single layer on cookie sheet.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350°F or until crisp. Store in covered container.
