SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 green pepper
3 - 4 stalks celery
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 sm. bottle green olives
1 lg. can tomato soup
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
7 - 8 Zwieback toast
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste

Soak bread in warm water. Add beef and onion, then slightly beaten egg, salt and pepper to taste. Add bread to mixture after draining all water from bread. Make into small balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 - 18 minutes until browned. Mix all vegetables together after cutting all of them very finely. Add tomato soup to mixture. Add water if necessary, to make it "saucy". Put balls into casserole dish. Cover with sauce and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 20 people for appetizers. Can be used as spaghetti sauce or meatball main dish with larger meatballs.
