RICE PUDDING 
1 c. rice
4 c. water

Cook until rice is tender.

1 can of milk
1/2 gal. milk
2 tsp. vanilla

1 3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 rounded tbsp. cornstarch

Add above mixture (stirring slowly) to rice and milk mixture.

Raisins are optional. Stir constantly and cook until spoon is coated. Sprinkle rice with cinnamon if desired.
