FRUIT SALAD 
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 c. powdered sugar
4 beaten eggs
6 c. apples, peeled and diced
1 c. pineapple tidbits
1 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
3 bananas, peeled and diced
1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni, rinsed and cooled

Boil macaroni; cool and drain. Mix the first three ingredients and stir in a double boiler until thick and cool. Peel and dice 6 c. apples; add 1 cup pineapple tidbits. Mix and let stand overnight. Just before serving, add the whipped cream and 3 bananas, peeled and diced. Decorate with almonds and cherries or fresh strawberries (cut up).
