COCKTAIL PASTIE 
CRUST:

1/2 lb. butter
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese

Blend well and cut in 2 cups flour. Chill well.

FILLING:

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 grated potato
Parsley, salt, pepper, onion, onion salt or onion powder to taste

Roll cream cheese dough fairly thin, cut biscuit or glass size (about 3") circles. Use 1/2 teaspoon of filling per pastie; place on circle of dough. Fold over and cover meat mixture with crust. Crimp ends, sealing tightly. Baste with beaten egg. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
