CONGEALED SALAD FOR A CROWD 
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. lime Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, undrained
1 (16 oz.) can white cherries, seeded and drained (optional)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, whipped
1 lg. can evaporated milk, chilled

Mix gelatin, water and marshmallows; cool. Stir until milky. Add fruit and chill until thickened (about 1 hour). Whip evaporated milk until thick. Add cream cheese by spoonful to milk and beat. Fold all together. Cover and chill. Serves 35-50.
