CABBAGE BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 head (4 c.) cabbage, shredded
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
1/2 stick butter

Cook beef and onion until done; drain and return to pan. Add cabbage, cook until transparent. Pour into large casserole dish. Mix soup, sour cream, and cheese; pour evenly over cabbage, meat mixture. Cover with dressing, drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until dressing is brown.
