1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. water
12 marshmallows in quarters

Put in 9 x 13 pan. Spoon over this Devils Food cake batter. Top with 1 cup broken nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
