NANA'S BEST MASHED POTATOES EVER | |
5 lb. potatoes, 1 to 2 sticks butter (no substitutes!) 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk salt, to taste Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces for cooking. Add salt to water and boil until overly tender. Drain potatoes and add butter. Begin to whip potatoes with a mixer. Add evaporated milk slowly until potatoes are the desired consistency. Enjoy!
