BBQ SPARE RIBS WITH CHIVE MASHED
POTATOES
 
boneless spare ribs (2 pack)
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup (Hunts)
1/4 cup mustard
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 baking potatoes
fresh chives

Preheat your oven for 300°F.

In a large pot boil ribs in water until tender, In a bowl add brown sugar, ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce, mix until blended altogether. Set your BBQ sauce aside... Get your potatoes peeled and sliced to boil for mashed potatoes.

After you ribs are tender, place them on a cookie sheet and add your BBQ sauce, put in oven and cook until BBQ sauce is nice and hot...

Mix your potatoes and add the chives on top.
