ORANGE GLAZE CARROTS 
1 1/2 lbs. carrots, cut in strips
2 tsp. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
2 tbsp. butter

Blanch carrots 5 minutes and drain. Blend other ingredients together. Bring to a boil. Add butter. Cook 5 minutes. Place carrots in 1 quart foil lined pan. Pour mixture over (freeze if you want to save it). To serve, bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover last 20 minutes.
