CHEESE DIP 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. pimiento, chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 (8 oz.) Cracker Barrel Cheddar cheese

Let cheeses soften to room temperature. Combine ingredients with mixer. Chill and serve with a hard cracker or breadsticks.
