BROCCOLI - STUFFED TOMATOES 
6 tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cook broccoli and drain thoroughly. Cut each tomato into 5 wedges, leaving wedges connected at the base; spread wedges into "star" design.

Combine broccoli and remaining ingredients. Place an equal amount of broccoli stuffing in the center of each tomato, pressing gently to pack filling. Place stuffed tomatoes in a baking pan and bake for 25 minutes, until piping hot. Serve at once.
