STRAW AND HAY 
3-5 green onions
1/2 c. sliced fresh onions
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
2 tsp. chopped basil
2 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. butter
1/2-1 c. half & half cream
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 oz. fresh angel hair pasta

Saute mushrooms and green onions with the butter. Then add garlic, basil and parsley. Cook for 2 minutes. Add cream and cheese; reduce for 2 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook angel hair pasta al dente, then add to sauce. Makes 2-3 servings. Fast, rich and wonderful!
