FISH FILLETS WITH ORANGE SAUCE | |
1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 c. water 1 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel FISH & VEGETABLES: 2 1/2 c. Green Giant American mixtures style of broccoli, cauliflower, carrots (16 oz. pkg.) 1 lb. fresh or frozen cod fillets, thawed 1/2 tsp. salt free natural seasoning mix, if desired Orange slices if desired In small saucepan, combine cornstarch, bouillon and sugar; gradually stir in water and juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Stir in butter and orange peel; keep warm. Prepare vegetables according to package. Spray broiler pan with no stick cooking spray. Arrange fillets on pan; sprinkle with seasoning. Broil 4 inches from heat for 5-6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning if necessary. To serve, place fillets down center of serving platter, arrange vegetables around fillets. Spoon sauce over fish and vegetable. Garnish with orange slices. Serves 4. |
