FILLET OF FISH MEUNIERE
4 orange roughy (or any white fish) fillets, about 1 lb.

SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Dry fish thoroughly on paper towels before placing in a glass baking dish. Combine butter, Worcestershire sauce, green onion, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and cayenne pepper in a microproof glass measuring cup. Cook on high power (100%) for 1 minute, until butter is melted. Stir.

Arrange fish fillets in a glass baking dish, with thickest portions toward the outside edges of the dish.

Pour sauce over fillets and cook on high 6 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices. Serve 3 to 4.
