1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 can (16 oz.) sweet potatoes
2 tbsp. chopped nuts

Put butter in 1 1/2 quart glass casserole. Microwave 1/2-1 minute or until melted. Stir in brown sugar, orange juice, marshmallows and nutmeg. Add sweet potatoes and mash with a fork while mixing with other ingredients. Top with nuts. Cover with paper towels. Microwave 6-7 minutes or until heated through.
