3 lg. oranges
3-4 med. cooked sweet potatoes
2 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/4-1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
butter

Cut oranges in half. Remove and chop pulp. Peel and mash cooked, sweet potatoes. Add orange rind, nutmeg, salt, milk and 1/3 of orange pulp. Beat until fluffy. Place filling in orange cups and dot with butter. Brown in broiler.
