1 c. fresh orange juice
2 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/3 to 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 to 1/2 c. white sugar
Salt if desired
6 med. sweet potatoes

Boil, peel and quarter potatoes. Cook the first 7 ingredients until thickened. Place sweet potatoes in baking dish; pour orange juice mixture over potatoes. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
