QUICK SKILLET DINNER | |
1 lb. ground beef 2 3/4 c. hot water 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Rice-a-Roni beef flavor Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain. Add rice-vermicelli mix; continue cooking until vermicelli is slightly browned. Add water and contents of seasoning packet; stir. Bring to a boil; cover. Reduce heat; simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Makes 5 (1 cup) servings. |
