QUICK SALMON DINNER | |
1 pkg. MJB Herb and Butter Rice Mix 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 c. sour cream 7 3/4 oz. can salmon 1/2 c. grated cheese Prepare rice as package directs. Cook spinach, drain and turn into 1 quart baking dish. Stir 1/2 cup sour cream into hot rice and spoon over spinach. Top with drained, flaked salmon. Cover with remaining sour cream and sprinkle with cheese. 350 degrees, 10-15 minutes (uncovered). Serves 4-6. |
