QUICK AND EASY SALMON PATTIES | |
1 can (15 to 16 oz.) pink salmon 1 egg 1/3 c. minced onion 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 c. Crisco Drain salmon reserving 2 tablespoons juice. In a bowl mix salmon, egg and onion until sticky. Stir in flour. Add powder to the reserved juice; stir into salmon mixture. Form into small patties and fry until browned (about 5 minutes) in hot Crisco. |
