CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine and beat well. Pour into cupcake papers (24) and bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes. Cupcakes will not be brown, only rise. Remove, cool for 5 minutes. Centers will fall.

1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Put some in each cupcake and top with jam. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
