HEALTH BREAD OR MUFFINS 
1 box (15 oz.) Raisin Bran Cereal
2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. applesauce
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk

Combine Raisin Bran, sugar, flour and oatmeal, soda and salt in a large bowl. Add mixture of eggs, buttermilk, oil and applesauce. Mix well. Fill bread or muffin tins 2/3 full.

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour for bread or 15 minutes for muffins. Batter can be stored, covered, in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
