LEE'S PUFFED CHICKEN 
1 pkg. frozen French-style green beans, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
2 c. chicken stuffing, prepared (Stove Top)
2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut-up or chicken breasts, cooked
3 eggs, separated
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onion rings

Layer ingredients in 3-quart casserole as listed. Beat egg whites and yolks separately. Blend yolks into whites. Cover chicken mixture with eggs. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Top with French fried onion rings last 10 minutes.
