HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
2 to 3 potatoes
Grated cheese
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 can of water

Brown hamburger. Peel and slice potatoes and put in casserole dish. Spread hamburger over potatoes. Mix soup and water and pour over hamburger and potatoes. Sprinkle grated cheese on top during last 5 minutes of baking. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
