LAYERED HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 chopped onions
1 1/2 lbs. browned and drained hamburger
4 med. potatoes (peeled and sliced thin)
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen corn (or any vegetable)
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup

Spray your 9x13 pan with "Mazola Corn Oil Spray".

Sprinkle 1/2 of onions to cover bottom of pan. Next layer 1/2 of the hamburger, then layer 1/2 of the sliced potatoes. Sprinkle 1 package of corn to cover potatoes. Now spread with rubber spatula 1 can of mushroom soup on vegetables (do not add water to soup). Repeat the layers in order with remaining ingredients. Cover with foil and bake on 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
