DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 yeast cake or 1 pkg. dry, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. dill seed
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 c. cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 1/4 c. flour

Add yeast mixture to other ingredients and mix. Add flour, mix well, cover and let rise until double. Punch down. Put into 1 1/2 quart round casserole. Let rise again. Bake at 300 degrees until golden brown, about 40 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with butter and sprinkle with salt.
