SWISS PORK CHOPS | |
2 tbsp. cooking oil 3 to 4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. minced onion 8 pork chops 1 1/2 c. chopped celery 2 tsp. salt Brown pork chops in cooking oil. Combine remaining ingredients in a 3 quart casserole. Place pork chops in sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until brown. |
