SWISS PORK CHOPS 
4-6 pork chops
2 onions
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
1 tbsp. vinegar
Pinch of cloves
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Small bay leaf
Salt & pepper

Trim the chops. Brown the onions with the pork fat. Brown the chops. Remove the fat. Add all other ingredients. Cover tightly and simmer until meat is tender (about 30 minutes).
