TEXAS HASH 
1 lb. ground beef
2 large onions sliced
1 green pepper chopped
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
Dash black pepper
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. raw rice

Brown ground beef, onions and green pepper; drain fat. Sprinkle chili powder, salt and pepper over meat. Add tomatoes and rice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook until rice is tender (about 25 to 30 minutes).
