TEXAS HASH 
1 lb. ground beef
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. uncooked rice
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. water

In large skillet cook until meat is brown and vegetables are tender-crisp. Drain fat and stir in tomatoes and rice. Add salt, seasoned salt, pepper, chili powder, and water.
