TEXAS HASH 
2 lg. onions (chopped)
2 green peppers (chopped)
1 lb. hamburger
2 c. tomatoes
1 3/4 c. uncooked rice (cook rice separately before adding to hamburger mixture)
2 tsp. chili powder (I usually add more)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Brown hamburger, onions, and green pepper in electric skillet. Add other ingredients and simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
