CAJUN HASH 
1 1/2 c. rice
3 lbs. hamburger meat
1 bell pepper (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
1 jar Cheez Whiz
2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook rice. Brown and drain hamburger. Add bell pepper, onion, Ro-Tel tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and simmer 20 minutes. Add rice and Cheez Whiz until melted. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. (Great for large crowds.)
