TEXAS BAKE HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together and place in a long baking dish. Blend together 1/2 cup melted butter and 2 cups crushed corn flakes and sprinkle on top. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
