TACO SALAD 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. ground beef, browned
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Diced onions, sparingly
Black olives
Shredded lettuce
Salsa (mild) big jar
Nacho chips

Soften cream cheese. Spread in bottom of pan. Top with ground beef. Layer of onions, olives and Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Microwave for 10 minutes. Spread over chips, lettuce and salsa.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
