ANISE CAKE 
2 pkgs. anise cookies (sponge)
1 1/2 c. milk
6 tbsp. rum
1 (3 3/4 oz.) vanilla pudding
1 (3 3/4 oz.) chocolate pudding
9 oz. container Cool Whip
Nuts (opt.)

Arrange 1 package of cookies in bottom of 9"x13"x2" pan. There will be spaces. Mix milk and rum together and spoon half of mixture over cookies, until cookies are absorbed. Then put 1 package of cooked pudding over cookies. Repeat with the other package of cookies, milk mixture and the other package of pudding. When chilled, put on Cool Whip. Sprinkle nuts if desired.
