EASY BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. onion
6 c. water
6 chicken bouillon cubes or 6 tsp. granules
8 oz. thin noodles
12 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
6 c. milk
1 lb. box Velveeta cheese

Saute the onion in the butter. Add 6 cups water and bouillon cubes or granules. Cook until dissolved. Add noodles. Cook 3 minutes. Add broccoli, salt and garlic powder. Simmer 4 minutes. Cook and add milk and cheese.
