SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 sm. pkg. Kraft Italian-style spaghetti dinner
1 lb. ground beef
6 oz. tomato paste
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Prepare spaghetti noodles as directed on package. Brown meat; drain and stir in herbs and spices, tomato paste and water. Bring to boil, then simmer gently for 10 minutes.

In a 9 x 9 inch baking dish, layer half of spaghetti, meat sauce, cottage cheese, spinach and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. This dish can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake. If taken from the refrigerator to the oven, bake 35 to 40 minutes.
