GREEK SPAGHETTI 
3/4 lb. spaghetti; cook, rinse in cold water
2-3 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach; drain, dry
4 c. diced chicken, ham, turkey, shrimp or combination of 2 of them

SAUCE:

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. red pepper, chopped

Combine sauce ingredients.

In a 9x13 greased pan, make a layer: spaghetti, spinach, meat, little sauce. Make a 2nd layer. Pour rest of sauce over all.

Top with: Parmesan cheese Bread crumbs

Bake 350 degrees 1 hour, covered. Uncover to brown top. Serves 10-12.
