SPAGHETTI PIE 
1/2 lb. spaghetti
2 eggs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 c. frozen chopped onion
1 c. frozen chopped zucchini
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
Grated Mozzarella cheese
Marinara sauce

Cook spaghetti and drain. Spray oil on 10-inch glass pie plate. Mix spaghetti with eggs and grated Parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread in pie plate; pull up to edges (like crust).

Mix Ricotta cheese with onion, zucchini and spinach. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix together. Fill pie with this mixture.

Cover top of pie with grated Mozzarella cheese. Cover edges of spaghetti around the rim with marinara sauce and put some sauce in the middle of the pie. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees until heated and bubbly.
