1 c. sour cream or 1 sm. can evaporated milk & 2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. nuts

Sift together the flour and sugar. Beat in the egg and cream. Cook in top of double boiler until thick. Add nuts and vanilla. Cool and spread. Especially good on chocolate cake.
