MUSHROOM LAMB CHOPS 
4 to 5 lamb chops, 1/2 inch thick
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Preheat family skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Brown chops on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread soup on chops. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 to 18 minutes, or until fork tender. Turn chops after 8 minutes. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
