WILMA'S LEMON CHICKEN 
5 chicken breasts, skinned
Flour to coat chicken
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
1/3 c. teriyaki sauce
3/4 c. water
1 can mushrooms
Garlic powder, as desired
Salt & pepper, as desired
Oil for frying

Dredge chicken breasts in a mixture of flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Brown in oil. Remove from pan. In drippings, brown chopped onion. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
