TERIYAKI CHICKEN 
1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1-3 lb. broiler, cut up
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine teriyaki sauce, lemon juice and pepper. Arrange in baking dish and pour sauce over chicken. Turn pieces over several times to coat. Cover pan with foil and bake in 425 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil, turn pieces over and bake 15 minutes more until chicken is tender. Serve with rice.
