1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. catsup
1/3 c. finely chopped onions
2 tbsp. milk or water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in oblong baking dish. Shape beef into loaf. Cover with waxed paper. Cook at medium about 20 minutes. Drain off the liquid occasionally. Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting.
