SESAME NOODLES 
1 lb. spaghetti, cooked & chilled
4 tbsp. sesame paste
3 tbsp. peanut butter
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry red pepper
3/4 c. peanut oil
3 garlic cloves, crushed
5 scallions, chopped
1 cucumber

Cook and set spaghetti aside. Blend thoroughly all ingredients except scallions and cucumber. Toss thoroughly with spaghetti, blend in scallions. Cut cucumber into thin strips, place on top of noodles.
