CHILLED SESAME NOODLES 
5 tbsp. sesame oil
3 tbsp. light soy sauce
2 tbsp. sesame chile oil
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. coriander
2 tbsp. roasted sesame seeds
3/4 lb. somen or vermicelli

Blend sauce of first 6 ingredients. Cook noodles, cool. Stir in sauce and chill. This dish is better if it is prepared a day in advance and stored covered in the refrigerator overnight.
