SESAME NOODLES 
2 tbsp. peanut (chunky) butter
2 tbsp. sesame paste
6 tbsp. warm water
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
4 tbsp. dark sesame oil
4 tbsp. (1 tbsp.) hot pepper oil
4 tbsp. sugar
3-4 lg. crushed garlic

Sauce for 1 pound light noodles.

Blend all ingredients with whisk. Keeps in refrigerator 3-4 weeks.

PASTA AND PEPPER SAUCE:

2 oz. olive oil
4 sweet red peppers
2 carrots, chopped
2 c. crushed tomatoes
1/2 pear, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp. basil
1 tsp. garlic
1 lb. linguine
Herbs - taste

Saute peppers in oil. Add carrots, tomatoes, pears, basil, garlic. Cook linguine. Add sauce.
