SPARKLING HARVEST CIDER 
2 qt. apple cider or juice
1 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
1/2 c. sugar
1 (32 oz.) bottle ginger ale, chilled ice

In punch bowl combine cider, ReaLemon and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves. Chill. Just before serving, add ginger ale. Garnish as desired. Serve over ice. Makes about 3 quarts.
